He has worked in the automotive, heavy machinery, electronics, semiconductor, food\/pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer goods, logistics, and service industries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before founding LeanOrigin, Henry honed his lean management capabilities in various manufacturing and consulting positions. He was the manufacturing director at Chery-Quantum auto company, the vice president of Lean Enterprise China, a senior specialist at McKinsey &amp; Company, a Trim &amp; Chassis leader at Ford Motor, and a production engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Inc.
